About Dippin' Dots Candy

Dippin’ Dots was created in 1988 by microbiologist Curt Jones, who developed the brand’s signature beaded ice cream using cryogenic freezing technology. J&J Snack Foods acquired Dippin’ Dots in 2022 and continues operating the nationally recognized brand today. Dippin’ Dots has also expanded into licensed candy products through Koko’s Confectionery & Novelty, including filled gumballs, popping candy, chewy candy, taffy bites, and other sweets inspired by the colorful Dippin’ Dots brand.

Dippin’ Dots Filled Gumballs feature colorful, logo-printed bubble gum filled with tiny candy beads inside. Inspired by the brand’s popular Rainbow Ice flavor, the assorted mix includes strawberry, blue raspberry, orange, lemon, and lime. Current 1.41oz sleeves contain six filled gumballs and are packaged in 24ct display boxes. Dippin’ Dots gum is also produced in larger 225ct bulk packages, giving the brand both individually packaged and bulk gumball options.
